The studio has mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, foam spine strips, and eye pillows for a final relaxation.
I provide options throughout class, so everyone can personalize their practice.

I teach MINDFUL MOVEMENT.
This is NOT a traditional yoga class. No Sanskrit. No chanting. No Sun Salutations. This class offers a variety of full body movement, slowed down, breath-centered, focused on body-awareness, and ending in a final relaxation.
I DON'T TOUCH PEOPLE.
I do not provide hands-on assistsor adjustments during class, so everyone can feel, experiment, and move within their own safest range of motion. I doprovide verbal cues, demonstrations, and questions to guide the movement.
I PLAY SOFT MUSIC.
I use instrumental-only music,played softly in the background. Sometimes the group requests the class have no music at all, for an even a quieter setting.
