Join us for a Slow Flow mind-body practice.

I teach my own combinations of --

  • Mat Pilates
  • Hatha Yoga, and
  • Tai Chi Style Flow.

This practice will get you moving in interesting ways!

  • Become more aware of your breath and body.
  • Open and lengthen your front side.
  • Strengthen your back side. 
  • Improve your posture and balance.
  • Leave you feeling centered and refreshed!

A couple things to know ― before taking my class.

This is a mind-body movement class, NOT a "traditional" yoga class.

  • No Sanskrit, no chanting, no Sun Salutations.
  • Just full body movement, slowed down with mindful breathing and body-awareness.

I don't touch anyone.

  • I do NOT provide hands-on assists or adjustments during class, so everyone can feel, experiment, and move within their own safest range of motion.

I use props and offer lots of options.  

  • The studio provides mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, foam spine strips, sand bags, and even soothing eye pillows!
  • I provide options, so everyone can personalize their practice.

I use instrumental music for a calming effect. 

  • I use instrumental-only music played softly in the background, to create a calming environment.
  • Sometimes the group chooses to practice with no music at all, for a quieter setting.
