Not all movement is suitable for everyone. When participating in any fitness activity whether it's in-person, live-streamed, or a pre-recorded video, each participant must take care when determining their own ability to do the movements offered, especially if you have a particular injury or underlying condition. Always consult your doctor before embarking on this, or any fitness or wellness program. This, or any fitness program, could result in injury. To reduce the risk of injury, never force or strain. If you feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness - DO NOT CONTINUE.
There are inherent risks in any fitness activity. If you choose to participate in movement activities with Nancy Herzog, you will hereby release any and all liability arising out of any personal injuries or damages, foreseeable or unforeseeable, which may occur as a result of participation in any class or activity provided. The instruction provided is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
